I have a confession to make folks. So far this year I have had zero motivation to tackle any new projects. That is changing today though. Increasing my daily activity is at the top of my list. tbh honest I am not accustom to being active during our recent winter weather. In Arizona this time of year is perfect for outdoor activities. Not so much in Columbus, Ohio. Temperatures topped out at around 16 degrees this weekend! So part of my 21 Day Protein Crunch Challenge is to find ways to work on my health goals inside. For starters this 21 Day Protein Crunch Challenge is not a structured plan. We all have individual activity levels and overall health goals. My focus is on sharing the concepts that are working for me. Plus ways you can stay motivated towards your personal goals. We both know threes isn’t that long a period of time, but can feel like eternity when you are going at it alone!

One way I try to stay strong physically and mentally is by practicing Bikram yoga in a 100+ degree room. I was attending classes regularly until the holidays when life got in the way. Now driving 20 miles in ice and snow isn’t really appealing! Free online yoga classes and apps I can follow along with at home have been a great substitute.
We don’t have a fitness facility at our new place, but there is a gym about 100 yards across the street. Close enough I can walk even with cold temperatures. It’s open 24/7 which has been great for my busy schedule lately.
