  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, corn muffin mix, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
