Chipotle Parmesan Oven Fries

These Chipotle Parmesan Oven Fries have a tangy, spicy kick! Roasted potato wedges tossed in my creamy, cheesy Chipotle Parmesan Spread.
  • 4 large Idaho potatoes, scrubbed clean
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Desired amount of Chipotle Parmesan Spread, room temperature.
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line a 1-2 large baking sheets with aluminum foil, set aside.
  3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
  4. Cut each half in half lengthwise.
  5. Cut each quarter in half lengthwise.
  6. Add potatoes too a large bowl, lightly drizzle with oil. Toss to coat.
  7. Place oiled wedges skin side down on baking sheet/s. Do not overcrowd.
  8. Sprinkle wedges lightly with salt.
  9. Bake 30-40 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  10. Add desired amount of Chipotle Parmesan Spread to potatoes, toss to coat.
  11. Return to oven, bake 5 more minutes.
  12. Serve immediately.
