Slow Cooker Pulled Beef Chili

Serves: 6-8
- 1 2-pound beef roast
- 2 cans Mexican or chili style canned tomatoes
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- Add everything but beans to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Add beans during the last 30 minutes of cook time.
- Serve with desired toppings.
