  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb pulled pork
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  4. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Gradually stir in milk and whisk for another 2-3 minutes, until mixture thickens.

  6. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. In a baking dish, combine macaroni, pulled pork, and cheese sauce.

  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
