Do you like ice cream? We love ice cream and I love to make it from scratch. The only drawback sometimes is finding space in the casa freezer for the base of my ice cream maker!
But that doesn’t stop my from making fun treats like this Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream.
Because you don’t need an ice cream maker for this recipe. All it takes is 5 simple ingredients you probably already have on hand.
