~ Peach Bellini ~
Can you believe 2015 is over? Well, in a few hours it will be… It has been such a whirlwind of successes, changes and even disappointments.
This time last year I was getting ready to launch thymeforcocktails.com on Jan 1st and Paul was still working from the office. Life was a little chaotic but comfortable. Fast forward 12 months, we are both working for ourselves, getting ready to move into the new casa and the kid turned 18 a few weeks ago!
I spent the day cleaning the casa, prepping our New Year’s Even dinner and indulging in a little Peach Bellini happiness.
Our beloved BoHo Ally Phillips of Ally’s Kitchen, Dole® California Cook-Off Champion, is spending 2 days in Pasadena at “Live on Green” December 29 and 30 before the Rose Parade. Performing live cooking demonstrations and sharing quick and fun recipes featuring Dole® Packaged Foods’ products.
At “Live on Green,” folks can explore 100,000 square feet of free entertainment, unique and rare exhibitions, and fun activities, as well as indulge in healthy snacks and beverages at the Dole Bistro. Beverages like this Peach Bellini.
Since we couldn’t make it to Cali for the real deal, we are participating virtually. I can’t wait to watch the Tournament of Roses Parade tomorrow whereDole® Packaged Food’s float, “Soaring Over Paradise,” explores the world’s rainforests. The float includes four waterfalls, a zip line that travels through the rainforest canopy and a flock of Macaws that appear to take flight over the floral gardens!
