  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and cored
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the pears until smooth.

  2. Add the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  4. Serve over your favorite salad or as a marinade for grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
