For the last few weeks Paul and I can’t seem to agree upon anything when it comes dinnertime. Recently I made this 20-Minute Tex-Mex Lasagna Soup because it’s the perfect mashup between Italian and Mexican. This time around Paul wanted tacos, while I was craving something a little more traditional like shepherd’s pie.
10-Ingredient Hash Brown Taco Skillet
At the same time breakfast sounded really good too. Plus on top of that we are hopefully moving out of the hotel in the next few weeks so it’s imperative I start clearing extras out of the fridge! At the end of all of that I came up with this 10-Ingredient Hash Brown Taco Skillet recipe.
It is full of ground beef, savory tomatoes and green chiles, plus roasted red peppers. Top top it off is a cheesy topping made with Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns, sour cream, and tons of cheddar cheese!
