10-Ingredient Hash Brown Taco Skillet
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl mix together hash browns, sour cream, and cheese. Set aside.
  3. Heal a large cast iron or oven safe skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef, cook until just browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Mix in garlic and red peppers, cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and cilantro paste, cook 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and beans, stir to combine.
  6. Spoon hash brown mixture evenly over taco meat. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  7. Left rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with desired taco toppings.
