Easy 10-Ingredient Tacos Al Pastor Marinade Recipe
Easy 10-ingredient marinade recipe made from a blend of chiles, spices, sweet pineapple, and beer.
For the marinade

  1. Place pork strips in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, set aside.
  2. Add all marinade ingredient to a blender. Pulse until completely blended.
  3. Pour chile mixture over pork, coat completely. Marinate at least 1 hour. Sauce can be prepared ahead of time and pork marinaded in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Preheat lightly oiled grill or cast iron skillet to medium high heat.
  5. Working in batches remove pork from chile sauce, lightly shake off excess marinade. Cook pork strips until tender and slightly charred, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Chop pork into bite sized pieces. Serve with charred corn tortillas and desired toppings.
