5 Ingredient Cheesy Taco Pasta Recipe
Taco toppings for garnish
Prepare pasta according to package directions in a large pot until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.
Using the same pot, add ground beef and brown. Drain excess fat from meat.
Stir in salsa and cheese. Continue stirring until cheese is melted.
Mix in sour cream. Add pasta water to adjust consistency if desired.
Serve warm with desired taco toppings.
