- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
