  1. Layer salad ingredients as desired on a large platter.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together Dijon mustard, shallot, garlic, mince anchovy, lemon juice, and caper brine. Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil, continue whisking until completely combined.
  3. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad. Garnish with chopped dill and capers.
