Drunken Garlic Sloppy Joe Sliders

lean ground beef

light beer

red wine vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

barbecue sauce
Salt and peper
to taste
slider buns or soft rolls
Sliced jalapeno peppers
for topping
Crispy onions

Instructions
Heat oil in a large covered skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and peppers, cook 2-3 minutes.
Mix in garlic and tomato paste, cook 1-2 minutes.
Add ground beef to skillet, break up with a spatula or wooden spoon. Cook until beef is just browned, 3-5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Stir in beer, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and barbecue sauce.
Cover and reduce heat to medium low.
Simmer 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens and beef is cooked.
Serve on slider sun or soft rolls with fresh jalapeno slices and crispy onions.
