Homemade Sausage Pepperoni Pizza Rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Brown sausage in a medium non-stick skillet. Drain on a paper towel lined plate, set aside.
  3. Add sausage, pepperoni, roasted garlic, and peppers to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. optional – Chop finely by hand.
  4. Place meat mixture in a large bowl. Add cheeses, parsley, and pizza sauce. Stir to combine completely. Add more sauce to reach desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Reserve remaining sauce for dipping.
  5. Cut pizza dough into 1-inch by 2-inch rectangles. Place 1 tablespoon filling on half of rectangle. Fold dough over filling, press edges firmly to seal. repeat with remaining filling.
  6. In a small bowl mix together melted butter and garlic powder. Brush pizza rolls with butter.
  7. Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and parsley. Warm remaining pizza sauce and serve for dipping.
