Nashville Hot Chicken Mac and Cheese

  1. Prepare pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside. reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Add milk and American cheese to sauce pan. Stir until melted. Mix in pepper jack cheese.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together oil, brown sugar, and spices. Toss chicken in sauce, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Top mac and cheese with chicken. Garnish with pickles.
