How To Make Steak and Shake Breakfast Skillet Recipe
A hearty breakfast skillet loaded with scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, sausage, and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In an oven-safe skillet, cook breakfast sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.

In same skillet, cook frozen hash browns according to package directions until crispy and lightly browned.

Return cooked sausage to skillet with hash browns, stir to combine.

Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture and stir lightly to combine.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy.
