Sun dried tomato basil is just one of those word combos that is as great as the flavor combo. It rolls off the tongue. Much like chicken bacon ranch, that’s another personal favorite. In this case I used a sun dried tomato basil dressing to balance out the flavorful Stella® cheese and compliment the sautéed spinach. I found local sun dried tomatoes at the farmers market and felt compelled to add those as well.
