Tex Mex Chili Recipe
  1. Heat oil on high heat in a large Dutch oven.
  2. Add onions and peppers, cook 2-3 minutes to slightly char. Turn heat down to medium high, add garlic and fajita seasonings. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  3. Push vegetables aside and add ground beef. Beak up with a wooden spoon or spatula. Cook 5-6 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a low boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with desired toppings.
