Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Serrano ham
  • 1 cup of mixed olives, pitted
  • 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups of rocket (arugula)
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush both sides with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

  4. Arrange the Serrano ham slices on a large platter.

  5. Scatter the olives and feta cheese over the ham.

  6. In a separate bowl, toss the rocket with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the rocket on the platter.

  7. Serve the platter with the homemade crostini.
