How To Make Serrano Ham, Olive, Feta & Rocket Platter with Homemade Crostini

Ingredients
- 8 slices of Serrano ham
- 1 cup of mixed olives, pitted
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups of rocket (arugula)
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush both sides with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Arrange the Serrano ham slices on a large platter.
