Serrano Pineapple Guacamole
I am so excited to share this recipe along with a few Cinco de Mayo party tips on Your Life A to Z on 3TV this morning! You know we love our tacos and tequila!
When the opportunity came up for this segment, I jumped at the chance. It really fits into what we all love, Mexican food! I am going to be making this Serrano Pineapple Guacamole in an IMUSA molcajete set or mortar and pestle.
I love that it is big enough to make a party sized batch, mash it all up then use it as a serving bowl. IMUSA even has a handy avocado slicer that peels and slices in one motion. And if you are into homemade tortillas be sure to check out this tortilla press.
This Serrano Pineapple Guacamole would be great on my Chicken Sausage Breakfast Nachos. T-Fal OptiCook is a great line of non-stick cookware with Thermo-Spot technology that tells you when the pan is perfectly preheated, great for cooking your favorite taco fillings. It’s fun to make my own spice blends and this KRUPS grinder is the essential in the casa kitchen.
Set out your taco toppings next to this Fitz and Floyd Ricamo Chip & Dip plate full of your favorite salsa. It even flips over and turns into a cake plate!
And don’t forget the cocktails! This gorgeous handmade Bolivian Raski Decanter and glass set from Ten Thousand Villages would be perfect for serving a festive sangria. Zero-calorie Sparkling Ice makes a delicious skinny margarita.
