- 3avocados,ripe, peeled and pitted
- 1jalapeño,stem and seeds removed, minced, add more or less to taste
- 1½cupsfresh pineapple,diced, plus extra for topping
- ½cupred onion,finely chopped
- 1tbsplime juice,fresh
- ¼cupfresh cilantro leaves,finely chopped
- ½tspcoarse sea salt
- cumin,a dash
- Garden of Eatin’ corn tortilla chips,for serving

Mash together the avocados, jalapeno, pineapple, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, cumin with a fork until well-mixed.
