How To Make Carolina-Style Vinegar Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine apple cider vinegar, water, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, yellow mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
