Toss a refreshing and quick bite in this Tuscan pasta salad recipe, made with bowtie pasta, bell pepper, and spinach, then coated with a tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- 16ozbowtie pasta,cooked and drained in cold water
- 7ozsun dried tomatoes in oil,(1 jar) drained
- 1red bell pepper,diced
- 6½ozsliced olives,(1 can)
- 1cupspinach
- ¼cupbasil,chopped
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
For Dressing:
- ¾cupolive oil
- 2tbspwhite vinegar
- 2tbspwater
- 1tspsalt
- 1tspsugar
- 1tspdry oregano
- 1tspdry basil
- 1clovegarlic
- black pepper,to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl combine pasta, sundried tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, spinach, basil, and parmesan cheese. Toss until combined.
Dressing:

In a small bowl whisk olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic and salt and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and serve. Enjoy!
