These 4-Ingredient Ranch Meatballs are literally the tasty thing you will eat this week thanks to my latest and greatest flavor shortcut! Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning is packed with a delicious blend of herbs and spices which brings big, zesty flavor to this weeknight snack board.
Which is convenient since few months ago I started a new position (away from home!!) in beverage sales – so by time I get home the last thing I want to do is cook an elaborate meal. At the same time Paul and I both like to eat a variety of foods. That is why snacks boards are so fun! You can even make this Original Ranch Meatball recipe – which is also keto- friendly – ahead of time.
If you are feeling really motivated then make a double batch and freeze extras for those nights you just can’t cook!! This snack board is also a great way to entertain last-minute guests or for your next game night in. Pair with a classic ranch dip made with Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning and my favorite – a sweet and spicy honey buffalo sauce. To make – simply stir together 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/8 teaspoon horseradish together in a small saucepan over medium low heat until combined and warmed. Serve immediately!
4-Ingredient Ranch Meatballs
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- Combine ground beef and dressing mix. Shape mixture into 12 large or 24 small meatballs.
- Melt butter in a skillet; brown meatballs on all sides.
- Add broth; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
