How To Make Asian Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let cool, then slice into strips.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to make the dressing.

In a large salad bowl, toss together salad greens, carrots, cucumbers, red onions, and cilantro.
