Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
