Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream

This 5-ingredient no-churn Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream is full of spiced chocolate goodness that will have your taste buds singing. Sweet and creamy with a hint of heat!
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup hot chocolate mix
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  1. Add condensed milk, hot chocolate mix and spices to the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip 2-3 minutes.
  2. Slowly add heavy cream and whip on medium high until light and fluffy, 3-5 minutes.
  3. Spoon mixture into a loaf pan, freeze 2-4 hours until set.
