Sheet Pan Waffle Fry Nachos
This 2-in-1 recipe for Sheet Pan Waffle Fry Nachos has crispy waffle fries smothered in a spicy, homemade sausage queso dip with corn, black beans,chunky salsa and grated asadero cheese.
  • 2 bags waffle french fries
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 cups frozen or canned corn, drained
  • Desired amount of spicy nacho cheese dip
  • Desired amount of chunky salsa
  • 2 cups grated asadero cheese
  • Garnish with desired additional nacho toppings
  1. Prepare waffle fries on baking sheet in oven according to package directions.
  2. Remove from oven, set aside.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees.
  4. Top potatoes with nacho cheese dip.
  5. Evenly cover with black beans, corn and chunky salsa.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with desired nacho toppings, serve immediately.
