How To Make Satay Chicken & Mango Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 tablespoons of satay sauce
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 mango, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Heat a grill pan over medium heat and cook the diced chicken until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a bowl and mix in the satay sauce until well coated.

Lay out the tortilla wraps and divide the chicken, mango slices, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro evenly between them.

Roll up the wraps tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Serve the wraps with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
