  2. In a large, mixing bowl beat the whipping cream. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and pour into the prepared crust.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve when its firm.

  • If you can’t find graham cracker crumbs, you can crush 10 to 12 graham crackers inside a large resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin until they turn into very fine crumbs.
