How To Make Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza
Fans of Hawaiian pizza will love the fresh and smokey flavors of this BBQ chicken pizza that’s topped with grilled chicken, bacon, pineapples, and cilantro.

Ingredients
- 1lbpizza dough
- 12ozchicken breasts,boneless, skinless
- 2tbspolive oil,divided
- ¾cupbarbecue sauce,divided
- 4bacon slices,cooked, chopped
- 2cupsmozzarella,(8 oz), low moisture, shredded
- 1cupfresh pineapple,chopped into small pieces
- ⅓medium red onion,sliced thin and run under cool water
- ¼cupcilantro,chopped or torn
- 1garlic clove,minced
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Brush both sides of the chicken lightly with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Grill until cooked through, rotating once halfway through cooking. Brush with 3 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce during the last 1 to 2 minutes of grilling.

Remove from grill and set aside to cool for 5 minutes.

Spread the pizza dough out on a floured sheet of parchment paper over a pizza tray to a 12-inch round.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil and garlic. Brush the entire surface of dough with olive oil mixture and let rest for 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken into cubes. Brush the dough with remaining ½ cup and 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce.

Top with ⅓ of the mozzarella then tops with chicken, pineapple, bacon, and red onion. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and season with freshly ground black pepper.

Bake in the oven for about 11 to 13 minutes until the crust is golden.

Slice and serve warm topped with cilantro. Enjoy
