Prosciutto Brussels Sprouts Pizza
extra virgin olive oil
minced or grated
freshly grated ginger
shaved brussels sprouts
prosciutto di parma
crumbled Fontinella cheese
Freshly grated black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place pizza dough on a large baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a small bowl whisk together oil, garlic, ginger, and honey. Brush mixture over dough.
Top with sliced mushrooms, shaved sprouts, cheese, and prosciutto di parma. Sprinkle generously with black peppers.
Bake 17-18 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve immediately.
