How To Make Spinach Pesto Pasta with Olives

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine the spinach, basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.

Season the spinach pesto with salt and pepper according to taste.

In a large pan, heat a little olive oil and sauté the olives for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well with the olives.

Pour the spinach pesto over the spaghetti and toss until well coated.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve the spinach pesto pasta with olives hot and enjoy!
