  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, beat the milk, oil, and eggs until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  5. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.

  6. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve the strawberry waffles hot with additional fresh strawberries and your favorite toppings.
