Grilled Garlic Herb Pork Loin

  • 1 Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork product
  • 1 pound fresh green beans ends trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes cut into same size pieces
  • 1 large red bell pepper cut into even sized strips
  • Canola oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Heat charcoal grill according to manufacture directions.
  • Place two large sheets of aluminum foil one on top of the other.
  • Center pork in the middle of foil.
  • Place potatoes around pork.
  • Carefully stack green beans and bell peppers over pork. Lightly drizzle with oil, then salt and pepper.
  • Tightly wrap first layer of foil around ingredients, rolling the top down to close and sealing the ends.
  • Wrap the second layer of foil around the packet, leaving it a little looser but still sealing the top and ends.
  • Grill 30-40 minutes until pork is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  • Let pork rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Pour juices from foil over pork and vegetables when serving.
