Grilled Garlic Herb Pork Loin

- 1 Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork product
- 1 pound fresh green beans ends trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes cut into same size pieces
- 1 large red bell pepper cut into even sized strips
- Canola oil
- Salt and pepper
Heat charcoal grill according to manufacture directions.
Place two large sheets of aluminum foil one on top of the other.
Center pork in the middle of foil.
Place potatoes around pork.
Carefully stack green beans and bell peppers over pork. Lightly drizzle with oil, then salt and pepper.
Tightly wrap first layer of foil around ingredients, rolling the top down to close and sealing the ends.
Wrap the second layer of foil around the packet, leaving it a little looser but still sealing the top and ends.
Grill 30-40 minutes until pork is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Let pork rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Pour juices from foil over pork and vegetables when serving.
