Creamy Greek Peperoncini Penne
This delicious Creamy Greek Peperoncini Penne is so easy to make it's almost sinful. Mini penne tossed in a rich sauce of cream, parmesan cheese and peperoncini peppers.

- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced peperoncini peppers
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, add garlic and peppers to a food processor. Pulse to finely chop.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper mixture, cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, simmer 4-5 minutes.
Add drained pasta and cheese. Toss to coat.
Garnish with fresh parsley, serve hot.
