Creamy Greek Peperoncini Penne

This delicious Creamy Greek Peperoncini Penne is so easy to make it's almost sinful. Mini penne tossed in a rich sauce of cream, parmesan cheese and peperoncini peppers.

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup sliced peperoncini peppers
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta cooks, add garlic and peppers to a food processor. Pulse to finely chop.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper mixture, cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, simmer 4-5 minutes.
  • Add drained pasta and cheese. Toss to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, serve hot.
