Sweet Tangy Barbecue Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canola oil substitute extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic grated or minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a lidded jar. Close jar, shake vigorously to combine. Serve immediately.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
