Triple Strawberry Waffles
Strawberries, strawberries and more strawberries in a crispy buttery waffle

Servings: 4 -6 waffles
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup strawberry milk
- 3 tablespoons whipped strawberry cream cheese
- 2 medium eggs
- 6-8 medium strawberries finely diced
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions.
In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk together milk and whipped cream cheese until smooth. Whisk in eggs.
Pour wet ingredients into dry, stirring until just combined. Stir in melted butter and diced strawberries.
Following manufacturer’s instructions, cook waffles until golden brown and slightly crispy. Serve with desired toppings.
