- 1 750 ml crisp white wine
- 1 cup apple cider not apple juice!
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup roasted cinnamon simple syrup
- 6-8 sprigs fresh thyme or lemon thyme plus more for garnish
- 3-4 small sweet and tart apples cored and sliced
- 2 medium pears cored and sliced
- 1 small lemon sliced and any seeds removed
